Girl Sports

Here's some new fabrics we got in last week.  The first is the new Blackbird Designs fabric.  The colors are wonderful.  The second is some new girl sports fabrics.  These are really hard to find.  We have softball, soccer, and basketball.  They are flying out the door!!

New book by Dawn Heese.  She has a few quilts (the rabbit one on the cover, adorable!), there is a butterfly quilt and then some cross stitch projects.  Add another to my bucket list!!

Minick and Simpson's Indigo Crossing

Look at these wonderful new fabrics from Minick and Simpson.  Lots of indigo, some checks and ticking!!  We've been thinking of a couple of patterns to use this fabric in.  It's so hard to decide!

Beach Bag

We got this adorable Beach Bag Pattern in.  It is simply huge!  It measures approximately 25" x 18" finished.  Wow!!  We have some great Adirondack chair fabric that would be adorable for this bag.  Put in some flip flop fabric for the lining.  LOVE it!

Moda Candy

Have you seen the new Moda Candy?  These are 2 1/2" squares.  There are 42 in a collection just like the charm squares.  We have several available in the shop. Our selection includes Indigo Crossing, Everlasting, Metropolitan Fair, Double Chocolat, and Old Glory Gatherings.  They are $4.00 each.  YUMMMM!

Jacqueline de Jonge & More

 

 Dan just brought us this new pattern by Jacqueline de Jonge!  There is also a cd that you can buy that shows you step by step how to do this quilt.  We are fortunate enough to have the original quilt in the shop on display.  It's hanging over the cutting counter and is beautiful.  It measures about 30 x 30.   If you're a paper piecer, you might have to try this one!   Come in and check it out!!

 
I know it's hard to see this because I left the plastic on, but we just got these cute state panels in the shop.  I believe we have a couple of small ones and a larger size one.  We've already had people ask us for other states.  They really are pretty.  Are you thinking of a project you could use them in?

Here are some cute charm squares and jelly rolls from the Snap Pop line by Sandy Gervais for Moda.  Fun, bright colors.  I'm thinkin' SPRING!!
